Frequently Asked Question –

Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the house?
Yes. The House has WIFI.

Q. Will my cell phone work?
Yes. Cell phones do work but turning off cellular data is recommended International fees tend to be expensive.  

Q. Is there a landline telephone number?
Yes.

Q. Is there TV?
Yes. We have a TV with satellite service and a firestick in the living room. The second and third bedrooms have TV and a DVD. The fourth downstairs bedroom has satellite TV.

Q. Should we bring cash, debit card, or credit card?
We recommend that you bring cash and a credit card. Some places on the island take credit cards, not debit cards or checks.

Q: Are beach towels provided?
Yes there are sufficient beach towels.

Q. Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes in the laundry room we have a washer and dryer.

Q. Is there a BBQ?
Yes we have a gas grill.

Q. Are there beach chairs?
Yes there are chairs for the beach.

Q: Are there places to eat out?
There is a limited number of restaurants. We also have an excellent Bahamian cook we can recommend.

Q. Are there grocery stores?
There are a few grocery and liquor stores on the island, in town (Bullocks Harbour) and the marina. Basic groceries are generally available, but more expensive.

Q: What are the check in check out procedures?
We provide you with an email detailing all arrival and departure instructions.

Q: What is the pet policy?
We do not allow pets.

Q: Is smoking allowed in the home?
Our home and vehicle are smoke free.
